I thought I was crazy for buying this but it turned out to be one of the best ideas I've had in a long time. I've tried a kitchen timer, the pomodoro technique, I've tried deleting apps on my phone, hiding the phone, putting it somewhere else, in another room, turning it off. But this is effective and practical. I use it when I'm working, I set it for 25 minutes and I concentrate. Sometimes I grab it after 5 minutes and realize I can't open it and I keep working. It really is a good invention. And I don't regret buying it, it's really worth it. It only has two buttons, the one on the front to set the time and the one on the right to unlock the lock. If the timer is working, the lock does not deactivate. If you have to answer a call, there is a building behind where you can slide the icons and answer the call, the call is heard well, they hear you and there is no problem.

Package arrived earlier than expected. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.

This will be greatly helpful in helping me break the habit of checking the phone notifications when I need to focus on study and other chores.
